With National Holidays you can visit the best zoos and safari parks in the UK. Discover the largest collection of animals at Chester Zoo, meet the pandas at Edinburgh Zoo or experience the country’s biggest walkthrough experience at Yorkshire Wildlife Park.

Packaged together with hotel accommodation and travel, we make booking a family break stress-free for parents. You can relax and enjoy your time with the family knowing you don’t have to worry about the journey home.

Chester Zoo is the UK’s premier zoological experience with over 20,000 animals including lions, tigers, elephants, penguins, giraffes, rhinos, meerkats, bears and jaguars. Take a boat trip at its latest attraction, Islands, and discover animals from South East Asia in their natural habitat such as crocodiles, orangutans and macaque monkeys.

For unique animal encounters you can’t beat Edinburgh Zoo. The zoo is the only place in the UK where you can see Koalas and the world famous Giant Pandas, Tian Tian and Yang Guang. Don’t miss the daily Penguin Parade, a real spectacle which sees 120 penguins waddle outside their enclosure and around your feet.

The Yorkshire Wildlife Park provides a number of walkthrough experiences. Watch lemurs scurry around you, see wallabies hopping about or surround yourself with squirrel monkeys. The park is also home to polar bears, giraffes, amur leopards and tigers and lion prides.

West Midlands Safari Park provides the ultimate drive-through safari experience, allowing you to go searching for animals and get close to inquisitive creatures. You can also step back millions of years at Britain’s largest animated dinosaur exhibition.

Meanwhile, at Britain’s first Safari Park set in the magnificent grounds of Longleat House you can hop on a Jungle Cruise to see a band of lowland gorillas.

The UK’s latest animal attraction Crocodiles of the World allows you to get close to deadly predators with underwater enclosures providing eye-to-eye encounters crocodiles, alligators and caimans.

A wonderful family treat all year round.
